Ferris is outgoing, confident, friendly, and sports an incredible zest for life and fun while maintaining an off switch and focus. He enjoys competitive dock diving in the summer and is training in agility. Ferris has matured into an attractive, correct, and moderate dog.

At the big Novi show in Michigan in 2019, Ferris caught eyes and garnered both his AKC majors back to back, for 10 points in two days, as well as a major Reserve. The following year at Novi, he won Winners Dog and a Reserve at the regional Specialties, putting him at 14 pts.

Ferris finished his ASCA Championship with 4 majors in limited showing and his AKC Championship with 4 major wins. Shown by Emily Burdon, he finished his AKC Grand Championship in less than 2 weekends with 5 point majors and one 4 point major.
